1. Order modifications/alterations after 12hrs is ​closed.

6. Downpayment = cancellation fee and is NON-​REFUNDABLE. *
   
7. Order will not be shipped until all fees are settled. *

1. How much is a nail set?

- Prices start at ₱235 to ₱700 depending on the design.

2. Does it include a prep kit?

- Yes! Each order comes with Nail glue, Nail adhesive, ​Cuticle pusher, Mini nail file, and alcohol pads.

3. Do you have pre-made designs?

4. Do you accept custom orders?

- Yes! Kindly send us your nail inspo for further details!

5. How long does an order take?

- All orders will be shipped out after 2-7 days after it is ​placed.

6. How do you ship out orders?

- Via shopee check out!

7. How to pay?

- Orders via FB/IG will be sent a QR code for Maya or Gcash!

How to order

1. Send us a message via our Facebook or Instagram page.

2. Let us know the Set Name and Price (You may check our ​website for pre-made designs!). Send it to us via this format:

3. Send us your nail measurements, kindly follow the given ​instructions. (No measurement No order)

4. Once order details are confirmed a 50% down payment is ​needed for order processing. (Applicable to orders via IG/FB ​only)

5. Order will be made within 2-7 days once downpayment ​(Non- Refundable) is confirmed. (NO DOWNPAYMENT= NO ​ORDER)

6. Do I have to pay the full amount first?

- You may choose from our two payment options:

Option 1: 50% downpayment of total order amount (NON-​Refundable) then pay the remaining before your order is ​shipped out.

Option 2: Pay the full amount of your order total.

7. Can I cancel my order?

- Custom orders (design/size) cannot be cancelled.

- IF needed to cancel, your downpayment will serve as a ​cancellation fee and is non-refundable. (Applicable to orders ​via FB/IG ONLY)
